Nigel Foster
MRICS
Since leaving school Nigel has worked in private practice for several national consultancies and attained Chartered Quantity Surveyor status in 1998. He worked with David and Matthew for over 8 years at his previous Employer, a multi-disciplinary consultancy in Leeds, before leaving in July 2009 to become a director and shareholder of Aspect 4 Limited.
Nigel has a broad range of experience on both new-build and refurbishment projects across numerous industry sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, hotel/leisure, defence, education, residential/student accommodation and infrastructure works.
Nigel has provided a full range of cost management and quantity surveying services for both public and private sector clients on projects with a construction value ranging from the very small to in excess of £100m.
Away from the challenges of developing the business, Nigel is a keen football fan and spends most Saturday afternoons following the fortunes of Leeds United.
