David Oldroyd BSc
(Hons) MSc MRICS
David graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1992 and qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1995. David also has a Masters degree in Construction Law and was formerly an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Since 2005 David has practiced in Project Management and Employer's Agent services.
David has always worked in private consultancy, having delivered a multitude of successful projects across numerous sectors. After building up a recognised and reputable client base, he joined Aspect 4 Limited in September 2009 as a director and shareholder with former colleagues Nigel and Matthew.
David has a broad range of experience across a variety of sectors and has successfully delivered various projects with a construction value worth in excess of £35m.
As well as working hard, David enjoys playing golf and spending time with his two children.
