Established in 2009 and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Aspect 4 is a multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy, offering project management, quantity surveying, building surveying and associated services.
The business has grown organically since 2009, building trusted relationships with clients who come back to us repeatedly for the quality of our services and the expertise and commitment of our team.
Our two founding directors, Matthew and Nigel, have more than 50 years’ combined industry experience, working for public and private sector clients on projects of all sizes, from property refurbishments to major redevelopment schemes worth in excess of £100m.
As an entirely independent practice, we make decisions quickly and provide an accessible, responsive, approachable service. At least one of our directors is involved in every project, giving clients a hands-on approach that guarantees our personal and professional commitment.
